The Chapel accommodates up to 150 people.
How many pews are in the Chapel?
There are 24 pews. There are 22 full pews and 2 half pews.
What are the dimensions of the Gazebo?
The Gazebo is 24 ft. x 24 ft.
The opening to the Gazebo is 8’6″ (width) and 8’10″ (height).
How long is the aisle in the Chapel?
The aisle is approximately 46’ from the door to the first step of the stage.
May we bring our own decorations?
You are welcome to bring your own decorations. We ask that you coordinate your decorations with the office. You must also include any set up you may need to do in your rental time.
When is the balance due?
For your convenience, we have divided the balance so you can make payments along the way. There is a Eight Month Payment, four Month Payment, and a One Month Payment. One month prior to your wedding you will give your final guest count and pay the balance at that time. The Damage Deposit and any other charges accumulated are due at the scheduled One Month Appointment.
Are the Dressing Rooms included in the Chapel or Gazebo rental?
Yes, you have access to the Dressing Rooms at your scheduled rental time. Please do not leave valuables unattended in the dressing rooms. Glass Chapel is not responsible for items left in the dressing rooms.
When may the vendors deliver?
Your vendors may deliver at your scheduled rental time.
May we have fresh flowers in the Chapel?
You may have arrangements of fresh flowers and the bouquets and boutonnieres may be fresh flowers, but please do not use fresh flowers for the flower girl to throw. Fresh flowers damage the marble floor. You may be charged for any damage occurring from not following the Rental Agreement Guidelines.
Do we need to provide our own music?
We offer both packages including a DJ or packages where you may select your own DJ. An in house sound system is also available for rent if you would like to provide your own music.
Does Glass Chapel provide candles for the ceremony?
We provide white mechanical candles for the candelabras. We have lighters available in the chapel sound room.
May we choose our own vendors?
You may choose your own vendors. We will ask you for a list of your vendors at your One Month Appointment. If you need assistance finding vendors, please ask us for our recommendation list and brochures.
How many guests can you accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 150 guests. National average response is 70% attendance, meaning your mailing list can still be sent to approximately 200 guests.
Do we count the wedding party in the guaranteed number?
Yes, the wedding party is included in the guaranteed guest number.
Do we count children in the guaranteed number?
Children 4 years and under do not need to be counted in the per person count, but please let us know how many 4 and under children you expect so that we can make note of it for set up.
May we bring outside catering?
Glass Chapel is a full-service facility. We are partnered with some of the best caterers in Tulsa. However we do offer packages where you may provide your own catering and additional vendors.
May we sample the catering?
Glass Chapel hosts a Sampling periodically. At these Samplings, you may sample a selection of menu items. Invitations will be given to brides scheduled at Glass Chapel.
Do we need to have our own servers?
Servers are included in the Reception Service.

You must include DJ or musician set up in your scheduled rental time.
May we set up tables and chairs on the Reception Hall deck?
We can set up tables and chairs on the deck. For tables and chairs included in your guest count, we set up on the deck at no extra charge. If you would like tables and chairs set up in addition to your guest count, there will be an additional charge.
May we bring our own centerpieces?
You may bring your own centerpieces or Glass Chapel has glass and candle centerpieces at no additional cost.
When do we choose the set up, decorations, and food?
All Reception Plans will be scheduled during the four and one month appointment. Four months prior to your wedding, you will have a 45 minutes consultation to discuss some preliminary items and to give you an opportunity to ask questions. We welcome questions at any time before the scheduled One Month Appointment.
